About the Role

This role requires the Twin Peaks Bar Back to clean and maintain all aspects of the Twin Peaks bar and its beverage program. Each team member is defined by pride, extreme standards, and discipline in supporting the Twin Peaks bar and the Twin Peaks Girl behind the bar.

Uniform Requirements

  • Clean TP black hat worn forward at all times; brim never bent
  • Hair kept clean and fully underneath the TP hat
  • Clean shaven; beards and mustaches allowed if well-maintained
  • Fingernails kept trimmed
  • No jewelry in ears, face, around the neck, or wrists
  • No headphones or ear buds
  • Clean, non-faded, wrinkle-free TP kitchen shirt tucked in
  • Belt required

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to uniform standards
  • Maintain clean and sanitized bar by following policies and procedures
  • Keep stations and equipment clean and organized
  • Follow HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements
  • Work effectively as part of a team
  • Train using tablets or computers
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking, cleaning, and mopping
  • Ensure the bar is always well-stocked
  • Change kegs, check taps, and confirm appliances are functional and in good repair

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bar Back
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Understanding of restaurant cleaning and sanitization policies and procedures
  • Ability to follow simple one- or two-step instructions
  • Ability to handle standardized situations with minimal variables
  • Must attend orientation and agree to Twin Peaks policies and procedures
  • Must complete the training program before working unsupervised
  • Must complete any required food and/or alcohol service certifications per local and state regulations

  • Must reach with hands and arms
