About the role
The Busser/Barback plays a vital role in keeping service running smoothly by assisting both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork to ensure a clean, organized, and fully stocked restaurant and bar.
Responsibilities
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to ensure a quick turnaround for guests.
- Assist in running food from the kitchen to tables, ensuring proper plate presentation.
- Support bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, mixers, and bar essentials.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area by wiping surfaces and replenishing napkins, condiments, and utensils.
- Assist in overall restaurant cleanliness, including floors, restrooms, and service stations.
- Work as part of a team-service approach, collaborating with colleagues to maintain a stress-free and engaging work environment.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor, embodying Nick's values of Excellence, Teamwork, Respect, and Accountability.
Qualifications
- A hard-working, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, including trays, kegs, and bar supplies.
