Responsibilities

• Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from tables after diners are done eating
• Wiping up water spills, food stains and dirt from tables, and floors when needed
• Assisting with the cleaning and processing of dirty dishes and silverware
• Keeping the restrooms clean

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old and meet any other state age or labor requirements
• No one under the age of 18 may operate, clean, adjust or touch a slicer a mixer

Skills and Knowledge

• Must be able to follow directions, work in a fast – paced, high pressure customer responsive environment
• Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate with co-workers and guests
• Uses sound judgement in day-to-day decisions by applying the company’s vision, values, and culture

• Checks the restrooms at least every hour to ensure they are cleaned and stocked
• Completes opening and/or closing duties
• Maintains building exterior by cleaning sidewalks, landscaping, and parking lots
• Maintains a safe work area by cleaning up dining room and service aisle spills
• Enthusiastically acknowledges guests with the company’s five-foot rule
