Responsibilities
- Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from tables after diners are done eating
- Wiping up water spills, food stains and dirt from tables, and floors when needed
- Assisting with the cleaning and processing of dirty dishes and silverware
- Keeping the restrooms clean
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years old and meet any other state age or labor requirements
- No one under the age of 18 may operate, clean, adjust or touch a slicer a mixer
Skills and Knowledge
- Must be able to follow directions, work in a fast – paced, high pressure customer responsive environment
- Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate with co-workers and guests
- Uses sound judgement in day-to-day decisions by applying the company’s vision, values, and culture

- Always shows up in a clear apron, pressed shirt, clean pants, non-slip shoes and name tag
- Demonstrates respect for each individual by communicating courteously and respectfully with management team, co-workers, and guest even during peak hours
- Checks the restrooms at least every hour to ensure they are cleaned and stocked
- Completes opening and/or closing duties
- Maintains building exterior by cleaning sidewalks, landscaping, and parking lots
- Maintains a safe work area by cleaning up dining room and service aisle spills
- Enthusiastically acknowledges guests with the company’s five-foot rule
