About the Role

This position requires the Twin Peaks Janitor, Busser to clean and maintain the Twin Peaks restaurant. Each team member is defined by pride, extreme standards, and discipline when it comes to keeping the restaurant clean and sanitized.

Uniform Requirements

• Clean TP black hat facing forward at all times; brim never bent.
• Hair must be kept clean and underneath the TP hat.
• Clean shaven; beards and mustaches allowed but must be maintained.
• Fingernails must be kept trimmed.
• No jewelry in ears, face, around the neck, or wrists.
• No headphones or ear buds.
• Clean, non-faded, wrinkle-free TP kitchen shirt tucked in.
• Belt is required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to uniform standards.
• Follow policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant.
• Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment.
• Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times.
• Work as a team.
• Train using tablets or computers.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform any other duty or responsibility assigned by management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Janitor or Busser.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Must understand policies and procedures for cleaning and sanitizing a restaurant.
• Ability to apply common sense and follow simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Ability to handle standardized situations with minimal variables.
• Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures.
• Must complete the training program prior to working a shift without supervision.
• Must complete any required training for local and state regulations (e.g., food or alcohol service certifications).

• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle objects or controls, and talk or hear.
• Must reach with hands and arms.

• Requires close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

Schedule

Part-time position available across all shifts: First (Day), Second (Afternoon), and Third (Night).
