About the role

Bussers play a crucial role in our full-service restaurant, ensuring the dining room remains clean and welcoming. They also assist servers with food and drink delivery, helping to maintain a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Keep the dining room clean by promptly clearing and resetting tables.
• Assist servers with water/tea refills and clearing tableware.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, bar, and restrooms as needed.
• Stock clean dishes from the dish station.
• Clean spills quickly and discreetly.
• Help deliver food, especially during busy times.
• Thank guests and ask about their experience.
• Respond sincerely to guest requests and communicate with the team.
• Stay flexible to support smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Committed to delivering exceptional service and warm hospitality.
• Experience in a fast-paced, fun restaurant environment is a plus.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
