Overall Responsibility
Purple Cow bussers are responsible for ensuring a clean environment for guests and team members. They are responsible for bussing tables, maintaining floor cleanliness throughout the dining room, ensuring clean and sanitary restrooms throughout the shift, and supporting the service team members in helping to provide "Outrageous" guest service.
A Purple Cow busser should have the ability to work positively in a high-paced, team environment.

- Maintaining a clean station
- Overall cleaning of dining room and restrooms
- Cleaning tables
- Trash removal
- Assist the dish staff
- Organizing clean dishes

Qualifications
- Good Organizational and Multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to stay focused on tasks.
- Ability to work with others.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
