Responsibilities

• Bussing, cleaning, and properly resetting tables
• Addressing any cleanliness or service needs in public areas
• Having a general knowledge of the food and drink menu and being able to recommend and upsell products
• Answering the phones in a prompt and professional manner and directing calls as applicable
• Demonstrating teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise
• Ensuring every opportunity to WOW our guests is fulfilled
• Committing to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards and all safety procedures during the shift

Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
• Able to work in hot and cold environments
• Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
• Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
• Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral
• The ability to adjust focus as needed
• The role involves working in areas with low or dim lighting
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

Qualifications
