About the role

First Watch is an award‑winning breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept that offers a fun, fast‑paced environment with daytime‑only hours—no night shifts. As a Busser, you’ll help create a clean and welcoming atmosphere for guests by clearing and resetting tables, maintaining dining‑room cleanliness, and assisting servers and the rest of the team in delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests depart.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room, including floors, chairs, and surfaces.
• Assist servers with food and beverage delivery as needed.
• Support the team in delivering a high‑quality guest experience.
