Chelsea Hospitality Group (CHG) is a family-owned hospitality company based in New Jersey, dedicated to creating world-class food and beverage experiences. CHG’s restaurant in Morristown, NJ involves managing multiple food and beverage outlets within a sustainably built, mixed-use property. These outlets include a ground-floor restaurant, conference catering, pantry services, and pop-up concepts.

About the Role

As a Busser at our restaurant, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. You'll support our servers and kitchen teams to ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, all while maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Your work will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful, memorable experiences for our guests by ensuring their tables are clean, and their needs are promptly addressed.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure the dining area is prepared for each guest’s arrival.
• Be responsive to guest feedback, helping to improve the guest experience whenever possible.
• Collaborate with both front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure efficient operations and a seamless dining experience for our guests.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with fellow team members and leaders, supporting one another to maintain a high standard of service.

• Physical stamina – Ability to walk or stand for long periods and lift objects up to 30 pounds when needed.

While experience in a guest-facing hospitality role is preferred, it is not necessary—we value your willingness to learn.
