Busser

About the role

To love and serve people by helping maintain our dining room by pre-bussing and bussing tables quickly and efficiently. The busser also aids the other positions in the front of house by cleaning tables and floors throughout the restaurant, stocking glassware, ice, dishes, etc. HomeGrown is Bentonville's newest, hottest, and busiest breakfast/brunch place – our third location in NWA and we’ve been around since 2017. We are part of Thrive Restaurant Group, a family‑owned company with over 50 years in business. Responsibilities

• Communicating with the host/hostesses, servers, bartenders, and management team to ensure tables are updated in our seating system.
• Pre-bussing tables in the dining room when all dirty tables are clean.
• Bussing/cleaning tables inside the restaurant as well as on the patio and helping clean the bar top.
• Replace sanitizer in spray bottles and buckets as needed to ensure safety and sanitation
