Job Summary

Bussers play a vital role in maintaining the flow and cleanliness of the restaurant. They support the service team by clearing tables, resetting stations, and ensuring that guests experience a clean, comfortable, and well-prepared dining environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• SUPPORT SERVERS AND HOSTS BY CLEARING AND RESETTING TABLES QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, patio, lounge, and service stations
• REFILL WATER GLASSES, BREAD SERVICE, AND OTHER GUEST NEEDS AS DIRECTED BY SERVERS
• ENSURE PROPER SETUP OF TABLES AND SECTIONS AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH SHIFT
• AID IN RESTOCKING SERVER STATIONS WITH GLASSWARE, SILVERWARE, NAPKINS, AND OTHER SUPPLIES
• ASSIST WITH CARRYING FOOD, CLEARING PLATES, AND COMMUNICATING GUEST NEEDS TO THE TEAM
• FOLLOW ALL SANITATION AND SAFETY PROCEDURES FOR DISHWARE AND DINING ROOM UPTAKE
• PERFORM OPENING AND CLOSING SIDE WORK AND CLEANING DUTIES
• COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH TEAM MEMBERS TO MAINTAIN A SMOOTH FLOW OF SERVICE
• MOVE WITH URGENCY, AWARENESS, AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL DURING BUSY SHIFTS

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but not required
• Energetic and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Ability to move quickly and stay organized under pressure
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Must have (or obtain) a current Arizona Food Handler’s Card
