Responsibilities
- Assist restaurant servers by setting up, clearing, and cleaning tables.
- Stock all service stations and assist with table service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting.
- Promptly and consistently reset all service ware as prescribed.
- Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods, including silverware, linen, and condiments.
- Help serve guests with beverages and transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
Requirements
- Keen eye for detail.
- Ability to perform physical work, including carrying heavy trays and bundles of linen.
- Commitment to providing excellent service to ensure a memorable guest experience.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- ServSafe and New Mexico Alcohol Certification required.
