About the role

Located on six acres steps from the historic Plaza, our Southwestern-style hotel is the only full-service resort in downtown Santa Fe. Resort guests enjoy easy access to Santa Fe landmarks like the New Mexico History Museum and Canyon Road art galleries.

Responsibilities

• Assist the restaurant servers by setting-up, clearing and cleaning tables
• Stock all service stations and with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction
• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
• Promptly and consistently reset all service ware as prescribed
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
• Help with serving guests with beverages, transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning

Requirements

• A keen eye for detail
• Ability to carry heavy trays and bundles of linen
• Desire for flexible scheduling to accommodate various shifts including days, evenings and weekends
