Business Valuation Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform valuation analyses on a wide range of private companies across different industries
• Work with financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction and option pricing analyses as part of external valuation reviews
• Perform in-depth client, industry, market and competitor research
• Aid in preparing and presenting the results of your analysis in a clear and concise manner in accordance with GAAP

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience valuing private companies and/or startups (e.g., venture capital, private equity, other asset class experience is beneficial as well)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a concentration in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields
• Credentialed Business Valuation certifications are preferred: ABV, CVA or ASA
• CPA or CFA certifications are a plus
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, report writing and organizational skills
• Review or build complex models and research technical issues

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000 per year. Actual placement within this range is determined by the candidate’s experience, qualifications, education, and geographic area.
