Dean Dorton’s Forensic and Valuation Services (FVS) team helps clients navigate complex financial situations with confidence and clarity. The team provides forensic accounting, business valuation, and litigation support, delivering credible analyses, defensible results, and objective guidance during high-stakes events.

About the role

The Business Valuation Manager will perform critical valuation functions for clients across various industries and use cases.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or review valuation models using a variety of tools.
• Analyze industry, economic, and other trends to derive valuation results.
• Apply strategic, analytical, and conceptual knowledge to develop creative solutions for clients.
• Prepare and present valuation reports, data, and findings to clients.
• Participate in business and team development activities to support the growth of Dean Dorton’s Business Valuation services.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of valuation experience.
• One or more valuation certifications such as ABV, CVA, or ASA.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong business acumen.
