Business Unit Program Manager
The following is a sourcing requisition for a potential new manufacturing site. This requisition is to support a new factory startup manufacturing large form-factor equipment. The product will be large (shipping container size), heavy (50+ tons), and complex. This position will be part of the core factory startup and onboarding team responsible for building the operations and manufacturing staff, fitting out the building, and creating the process flow/work instructions/etc. from the ground up.

- Panel and point to point wire assembly
- Moderate Voltage
- Low Voltage
- High Power Electronic assemblies
Job Qualifications
- Broad manufacturing knowledge (i.e. materials, processes, test, logistics)
- Jabil tools (Financial system, quote process, etc.)
- Strong Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) skills
- Fundamental knowledge of cost accounting principles
- Strong Supply Chain Management skills
- Strong project and/or program management skills
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software
- Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Read and understand visual aid
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs
Pay
The pay range for this role is $79,400 - $142,900. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
