  • Execute and maintain the standard costing system, including material, labor, subcontractor fees, and overhead cost structures; reconcile inventory to balance sheet and ledger accounts.
  • Lead analysis of gross margin, cost of sales, inventory trends, turnover ratios, and production yield data.
  • Support COGS and manufacturing variance analysis, as well as P&L forecasting in Adaptive Planning.
  • Maintain and strengthen SOX internal controls.
  • Plan, execute, and reconcile physical inventories and monitor inventory movement trends and their impact on the P&L.
  • Analyze variances from production and purchasing activities, including production order variances and purchase price variance (PPV).
  • Perform product and customer margin analysis; review and reconcile SAP transactions driving BU P&L reporting.
  • Validate GAAP and non-GAAP P&L results through detailed cost of sales analysis.
  • Maintain operational reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Ensure timely monthly close process and support standard cost and overhead rate updates, including annual cost roll.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements; apply ERP best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; CPA, CMA, or MBA highly preferred.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance, ideally in high-growth plant operations (computer/electronics manufacturing experience is a major advantage).
  • Expertise in SAP and deep understanding of standard costing, manufacturing cost structures, and inventory accounting.
  • Working knowledge of SOX/internal controls.
  • Strong executive communication skills—ability to translate complexity into clarity and liaise effectively with engineers and manufacturing operations leaders.
  • Exposure to forecasting/planning tools (Adaptive or similar).

Benefits

  • Top-tier corporate benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Matching 401(K) plan.
