Business Unit Administrator
The Role
Under direct supervision, the successful candidate will provide administrative, operational, logistical, and project support across multiple business units. Responsibilities include developing action plans for client servicing, coordinating with other team members, participating in inter-disciplinary training, and acting as a technical resource for account managers.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develops and maintains a working knowledge of various business applications critical to relationship management, including client online tools.
- Participates in the planning and administration of the business unit.
- Collates, compiles, and analyzes data and information for reports and presentations for the department.
- Runs and creates formal reports for the business unit.
- Updates manuals, procedures, etc.
- Identifies and resolves problems within established guidelines, referring more complex issues to supervisors or experts.
- Works effectively as a team member and independently.
- Works towards becoming proficient in all areas of the job.
Requirements
Basic Functional / Industry Knowledge: Required.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Required.
Technical Skills / Systems Knowledge: Required (e.g., Peoplesoft, Microsoft Office).
Experience: Previous years of experience, or equivalent, in financial servicing/accounting fields with client servicing background.

Pay
Salary Range: $64,170 - 102,810 USD
