Business Transformation Specialist

About the role

Assist leadership in establishing its strategic direction and objectives and create long-term strategic and business development plans.

Responsibilities

• Design and create comprehensive transformation strategies that shape the vision for future growth and competitive advantage
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, and develop actionable plans to achieve goals
• Oversee the implementation of new systems, technologies, and processes, including managing projects from start to finish and ensuring successful execution
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to foster alignment, transparency, and momentum
• Manage budgets and forecast financials with a focus on value creation, cost optimization, and ROI
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, making necessary adjustments as needed

Requirements

• A university degree required (i.e., Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills: oral, written, and presentation
• Strong organization, planning, and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including suppliers and/or external customers

Pay

Base Salary Range: $144,880.00 - $199,210.00
