About the role

Support transforming organizational processes by recommending emerging technologies, including data visualization (e.g., PowerBI/Tableau), low/no-code solutions (e.g., SharePoint/Power Platform), and/or AI/ML solutions (e.g., Databricks/Python) to modernize organizational workflows and drive data-driven decisions for operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials, including supporting training workshops, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), to support the adoption of Microsoft and other business management tools.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to gather requirements, document process flows, and translate user needs into functional specifications.
• Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for workflow simplification and operational efficiency improvements.
• Monitor and manage documentation repositories to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Develop and maintain dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, QLIK) and reports (MS Power Platform) that transform complex business data into actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership audiences.
• Perform Microsoft Power Apps operations and maintenance and UI/UX updates, including form layouts, navigation improvements, labels, instructions, and styling enhancements.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "Public Trust"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their Public Trust prior to onboarding. Candidates with an active Public Trust or suitability are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• One (1) year of experience in business process transformation, data analytics, or consulting.

Qualifications

• Active DHS Public Trust.
• Experience utilizing the MS Power Platform to update business processes.
