Business Transformation Analyst
About the role
The Business Transformation Analyst at Regions is responsible for conducting analysis through strategic thinking, data analytics, and banking expertise to create insights that drive informed decision-making and ensure the execution of the bank's strategy. This role supports transformation consultants and managers in executing the bank's strategy.
Responsibilities
- Supports project delivery in all phases of the solution development lifecycle, including initiation, analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation follow-up
- Performs intermediate to complex research and analysis to gather, analyze, and interpret data to support transformation projects
- Develops business cases for action, defining the problem statement, approach, and benefits of proposed solutions
- Crafts executive messaging to senior leadership on transformation programs
- Works closely with the technology, operations, lines of business, and enabling functions on a wide range of projects
- Maintains progress to ensure transformation programs meet schedule, scope, and financial plans
- Collaborates with Regions' cross-functional teams with leaders and peers from various backgrounds, educations, and experiences
Requirements
- Masters of Business Administration and one (1) year of experience in Business/Systems analysis or related field, or
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Information Systems, or related field and three (3) years of experience in Business/Systems analysis or related field
Preferences
- Prior consulting experience
- Knowledge of Financial services industry

Pay and Benefits
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. Minimum Job Range Target: $85,000.85 USD. Median: $110,110.00 USD. Incentive Pay Plans: This job may participate in an annual discretionary bonus plan.
