Business Technology Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the company’s Okta environments and integrations
• Design, build, and support automations using Workato
• Administer Google Workspace, including app management and automation
• Lead Identity & Access Management initiatives and provisioning
• Act as SME for StateRAMP/FedRAMP IT controls and compliance
• Create and maintain documentation for processes and systems
• Provide Tier 3 support for complex IT incidents

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in IT Systems Engineering
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Okta including SSO configuration
• Experience with Workato or similar automation platforms
• Demonstrated experience administering Google Workspace
• Experience implementing Identity & Access Management solutions
