Job Summary We are seeking a Business Technology Enablement Analyst with experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and low-code/no-code process automation technologies, including Power BI, Power Automate, and related Microsoft Power Platform solutions. In this role, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Global Investment Operations (GIO) to understand business processes, gather and document requirements, develop reporting and automation solutions, and support the adoption of technology capabilities that drive operational efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision making. The successful candidate will serve as a key partner in supporting GIO's reporting, metrics, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives through technology enablement, user training, solution development, and ongoing application support. Key Responsibilities Business Intelligence & Reporting Maintain and enhance GIO metrics, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Power BI and related tools.Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, establish metric standards, and deliver meaningful operational insights.Ensure reporting accuracy through data validation, testing, and quality assurance activities. Process Automation & Continuous Improvement Gather and document business requirements and translate them into reporting, workflow, and automation solutions.Develop, enhance, test, and support Power Automate workflows and related process improvement initiatives. Training, Adoption & User Support Develop and deliver training, documentation, and support materials for Power BI, Power Automate, and other approved technology solutions.Promote technology adoption across GIO by providing user support, troubleshooting assistance, and best-practice guidance.Serve as a subject matter resource for reporting, analytics, automation, and technology enablement capabilities. Platform Administration & Governance Support platform administration activities, including workspace management, security access, licensing, and governance requirements.Maintain centralized repositories, standards, and documentation to ensure the sustainability and supportability of reporting and automation solutions. Stakeholder Engagement & Solution Delivery Collaborate with business and technology partners to prioritize initiatives, develop implementation plans, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, communicate project progress, and provide recommendations to stakeholders and leadership. Preferred Skills Proficiency with Power BI and data visualization tools.Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements-gathering skills.Ability to document business requirements and translate them into reporting or automation solutions.Experience developing and delivering training, documentation, and user support materials.Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams.Experience with process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.Investment Operations experience is a plus.
