About the role
As a Business Technology Enablement Analyst, you will be part of the Global Investment Operations (GIO) supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance GIO metrics, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Power BI and related tools.
- Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, establish metric standards, and deliver meaningful operational insights.
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into reporting, workflow, and automation solutions.
- Develop, test, and support Power Automate workflows and related process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training, documentation, and support materials for Power BI, Power Automate, and other approved technology solutions.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Power BI and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements-gathering skills.
- Ability to document business requirements and translate them into reporting or automation solutions.
- Experience developing and delivering training, documentation, and user support materials.
