Business Technology Analyst

About the role

Freese and Nichols is seeking a Business Technology Analyst in our Fort Worth, Texas office. The Business Technology Analyst will serve as a critical link between the process owner and the Business Technology development team, facilitating AI-driven solutions to complex business challenges. This role will work closely with stakeholders across multiple disciplines, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and support the implementation of intelligent solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to clearly define and document project objectives, business requirements, use cases, and expected outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather business requirements and feedback.
• Develop comprehensive requirements documentation, including detailed workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the development life cycle.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of tools and platforms based on business needs.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics of implemented solutions to measure effectiveness and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support the creation of training and communication materials for end-users.
