Business Technology Advisor

About the Opportunity:The BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY ADVISOR role supports the organization's business services groups by providing technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. This position plays a key role in evaluating, implementing, and driving adoption of emerging technologies such as generative AI and automation, directly influencing the productivity and innovation within the firm's operational functions. Responsibilities:Collaborate with business services to identify technology needs and solutions.Evaluate, implement, and monitor operational technology applications.Provide training and coaching on new technologies and processes.Identify AI and automation use cases to improve work quality and speed.Design and build technology solutions, including workflow automation and AI agents.Maintain and redeploy a library of proven technological solutions.Develop and support adoption programs with training and communication.Monitor technology usage and promote continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with data security and AI governance standards.Collaborate across teams including IT, Information Security, and Risk. Requirements:5-7 years of relevant experience.Project or product management experience.Strong knowledge of back-office and operational workflows.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools.Experience with AI tools such as Claude and familiarity with AI infrastructure.Automation literacy including APIs, integrations, and scripting basics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in virtual or hybrid teams.Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
