About the role
Supports technical aspects of the application product life cycle within a sub-product scope, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and ensure quality delivery.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into detailed requirements and create business cases
- Perform root cause analysis and develop test cases
- Manage risks and defects
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain documentation and communicate effectively
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with AI tools like Google Gemini or Claude AI
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
- Experience in healthcare or Lean/Six Sigma is advantageous
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, PMP, or AI certifications
