Business Technical Analyst

Role: Supports technical aspects of the application product life cycle within a sub-product scope, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and ensure quality delivery. Responsibilities: Translate business needs into detailed requirements, create business cases, perform root cause analysis, develop test cases, and manage risks and defects. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, maintain documentation, and communicate effectively. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 3 years in Information Systems or Technology; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; experience with AI tools like Google Gemini or Claude AI. Preferred certifications include ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, PMP, or AI certifications. Additional Info: Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred. Experience in healthcare or Lean/Six Sigma is advantageous. Position offers flexible work arrangements with minimal travel. Adheres to data security and privacy standards, including HIPAA compliance.
