Responsibilities
- Manage critical telephony issues for Avaya, SPOK, and Marketspark equipment
- Onsite hardware support for hospitals and physicians offices, including telephones, pagers, and telephony hardware and servers
- Flexibility for on-call support during after-hours onsite coverage
- Minimal additional travel expected to additional sites within a 50 mile radius once experienced
- Work with cabling (re-mapping to new equipment)
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Telephone Deployment Experience required (1-5 years)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1-5 years of experience
- Efficient and capable of executing tasks as they come up, providing excellent customer service
Preferred
- Hospital-Healthcare-Clinical Experience
- Strongly preferred Avaya Experience
