Business Teacher - Long Term Substitute 2026/27 School Year

About the role

Bishop Blanchet High School is seeking a long-term substitute teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. This position reports to the Principal of Business Education and is benefits eligible.

Responsibilities

• Teach Personal Finance, Entrepreneurship, and DECACourses
• Collaborate in Professional Learning Communities
• Create common formative and summative assessments with department team members
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
• Strategize for enrichment/intervention to meet the needs of all students
• Utilize technology (interactive boards, one-to-one devices, Google Suite) to inform instruction

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in specific content area; Master's degree or higher preferred
• Preferred: Washington State Teaching credential (or ability to obtain one) in content area
• This is a long term sub position for 2026-2027 school year with possibility of extending
• The Ideal Candidate Will Have a Commitment To Required: Possess ability to teach
