Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience in employee benefit plan compliance, tax, or audit
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree
• Approved professional credential (CPA, JD/LLM, EA, or equivalent) – with a one‑year window to obtain necessary credentials if not already held
