About the role

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team helps chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Responsibilities

  • Build, design, and maintain technical solutions that support financial operations for the Intelligence Community
  • Ensure systems are maintained, updated, and optimized to meet evolving business and compliance requirements
  • Translate business and operational needs into technical solutions that support program objectives
  • Support system enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across financial operations environments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable technology solutions

Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice is designed for impact, serving federal, state, and local government clients as well as public higher education institutions. Our Business Finance offering enables finance to drive strategic value through transformation and synchronization of planning, costing, budgeting, and forecasting across finance and other functions. Using advanced, scalable data and tech platforms, we generate actionable insights and analytics, streamline decision making, and enable data-driven profitable growth. The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need, focusing on delivering services without additional business development expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in business systems development
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
  • Security+ certification or ability to obtain
  • Ability to work on-site in Chantilly, Virginia 5 days per week
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Pay

The wage range for this role is $84,400 to $140,600. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, and compensation decisions depend on various factors. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules.
