About the role

The Deloitte Enterprise Performance team works across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. Join our team of strategic advisers and architects, who bring industry depth to collaborate with leading solution providers and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that support mission and operational needs across the engagement

  • Translating business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform

  • Building and customizing workflows, forms, modules, dashboards, and automation features to improve program and project management activities

  • Collaborating with architects, functional team members, and stakeholders to deliver platform capabilities aligned to engagement priorities

  • Troubleshooting defects, supporting testing activities, and maintaining technical documentation, platform standards, and enhancements to improve performance, usability, and scalability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance

  • 3+ years of experience developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform

  • 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, workflow configuration, and platform customization

  • Experience developing workflows, forms, modules, dashboards, and automation features within ServiceNow

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $218,300.

Schedule

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
