Business Systems Analyst Sr
About the role
Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex business system projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Develop functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and system documentation. Oversee system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance activities. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and project team members. Serve as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors. Troubleshoot, resolve, and document complex system issues. Support the implementation and integration of new applications or system upgrades. Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements. Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business systems.

Requirements
- Basic Qualifications: College Degree (Finance/Business related), 1-4 years of experience in related function.
- Preferred Qualifications: Oracle PeopleSoft experience in supporting Asset Management, Project Costing, and Accounts Payable modules. Typically, 5-7 years of experience in related function; May require professional certification.
