Business Systems Analyst, Senior - Capacity Management
About the role
Responsible for optimizing performance through technology and maximizing Capacity Management goals. Analyzes trends and volumes or issues, develops models, forecasts and recommendations to anticipate future demand. Assists with the design and implementation of Epic decision trees and provider templates. Collaborates with key stakeholders, end users and project team members to identify and resolve issues regarding all phases of assigned projects including assessment, design build, testing, training and implementation. Provides reports, assessments and information to Capacity Management Leadership to aid in the optimal functioning of team. Provides leadership on project tasks and mentors other project analysts as appropriate. Provides ongoing support of Capacity Management systems to ensure functionality and effectiveness.

Requirements
- Required Education And Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of five (5) years total experience in an Information Services or healthcare analysis environment; three (3) of the five (5) years must be in a healthcare analysis environment.
- Proven experience and knowledge of project management skills, tools and methodologies.
- Proven experience leading committees, projects and activities.
- Proven ability to fully use and apply standard principles, theories and concepts related to technical discipline.
- Experience with clinical, hospital and / or financial applications and / or systems.

Compensation Range: $107,431.00 - $161,147.00 per year

Pay
Salary Information: This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
Schedule
Hybrid-Minimum 3 Days onsite in Seattle, WA required.
