Serving as a trusted bridge between business partners and IT, you will manage service requests and assigned projects while analyzing business processes. You will collaborate with the Department of County Human Services to align with strategic goals and lead data analytics initiatives that continuously improve our systems. The official work location is the Multnomah Building, 501 SE Hawthorne Blvd., Suite 400, Portland, OR 97214.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with business partners to clarify needs, navigate IT intake, identify technical solutions, and champion their priorities.
• Facilitate and lead requirements gathering, process analysis, product evaluations, UAT, and end-user training.
• Responsible for user story creation, system diagramming, technical documentation, test automation, and developer specs using AI tools.
• Lead small IT project plans, schedules, and resources while guiding Agile development teams through implementation.
