Shutterstock, Inc. seeks a Business Systems Analyst III in New York, NY to define and document user stories, business process flows, and functional specifications to support CRM and cross-platform enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Define and document user stories, business process flows, and functional specifications to support CRM and cross-platform enhancements.
- Create and maintain documentation including BRDs, process maps, and internal guides using Lucid chart, Confluence, and Visio.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), including developing test cases and resolving defects.
- Provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 support to troubleshoot technical issues using Salesforce Setup and Schema Builder, Salesforce Flows, SQL/SOQL, Tableau, and Postma.
- Analyze usage and performance data through root cause analysis using QA logs, SQL data queries, and defect trend reviews.
- Participate in the full SDLC, including relational database design, SQL query optimization, and leading concurrent IT deliveries from inception to deployment.
- Execute duties utilizing Salesforce platform configuration and administration including Custom Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Record Types, Page Layouts, Reports & Dashboards, declarative automation with Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flows, data management using Data Loader and Workbench, and Lightning Experience migration and Lightning App Builder.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience collecting business requirements and translating them into scalable technical specifications including Google Workspace, Confluence, Lucid chart, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Slack, zoom, and Google meet.
