Business Systems Analyst III

About the role

The position supports Legal & Compliance Technology, requiring skills in AI-driven test automation, business process modernization, and experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and apply AI-driven approaches to improve efficiency, coverage, and quality within test automation processes.
• Experience modernizing, enhancing, or automating business processes and systems in a regulated environment.
• Lead or coordinate small to midsize technology initiatives from requirements through delivery.
• Support Legal, Compliance, Risk, or GRC platforms.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines or Azure DevOps workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a systems analysis or related role within a financial services or other highly regulated environment.
• Proven success leading or coordinating small to midsize technology initiatives from requirements through delivery.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines or Azure DevOps workflows.
