About the Role
The IT Business Systems Analyst II - SAP Plant Maintenance participates in initiatives of all sizes across the supported Maintenance and Reliability business function. This role supports SAP Plant Maintenance processes and related enterprise solutions used for asset management, maintenance execution, planning, scheduling, reporting, and operational decision-making. You are a self-starting individual with an aptitude for creative and critical thinking, using your business expertise to collaborate with partners and implement positive change. You contribute to solutions that follow good data design and create insightful data visualizations to drive impactful business decisions.

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing SAP Plant Maintenance and related business system solutions through the systems life cycle, including requirements, testing, configuration, implementation, and support.
- Capture and document business needs for Maintenance, Reliability, Turnaround, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders and support creative, practical solutions.
- Deliver functional and technical requirements to configuration, development, reporting, and integration teams.
- Support SAP Plant Maintenance processes including functional locations, equipment, notifications, work orders, preventive maintenance, task lists, maintenance planning, scheduling, and maintenance reporting.
- Assist decision-makers by creating and modifying insightful data visualizations and reporting to contribute to impactful maintenance and reliability business decisions.
- Contribute to projects in consultation with IT Security, Infrastructure Team, Business Owners, and Vendors, implementing projects through each phase as an active participant.
- Ensure deliverables are completed in accordance with Project Management methodology; communicate status, risks, issues, and decisions clearly and frequently.
- Participate in the future of business systems by engaging in system, product, enhancement, and integration evaluation activities.
- Assist in defining, testing, and performing quality assurance to keep business systems current and reliable.
- Perform operational activities on projects and enhancements, including monitoring resource needs, preparing documentation, status reports, key issues, and change controls.
- Support the overall health of SAP Plant Maintenance and related business systems through system issue tracking, root cause analysis, cross-functional alignment, and production support.
- Support data validation, master data quality, and reporting activities related to SAP Plant Maintenance master and transactional data.
- Develop user documentation, training materials, knowledge articles, and job aids to improve business adoption and supportability.
Internal Controls
- Establish and implement processes and procedures to meet departmental internal controls requirements.
- Ensure established processes and procedures are followed as designed.
- Work with the Internal Controls Department to identify deficiencies in existing processes, the need for new ones, and compliance levels.
- Develop and implement corrective actions for department internal controls as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Maintenance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of related professional work experience preferred to complete all essential job functions.
- Experience in the change process, including attendance at change boards as a representative or contributor.
- Developing knowledge of systems capabilities, maintenance business operations, SAP Plant Maintenance concepts, and related enterprise application processes.
- Basic business test execution and planning/coordination experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with organization and time management abilities.
- Ability to learn, demonstrate, and apply business knowledge to deliver improvements in solutions and processes, aligning IT services with business goals.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP reporting, Tableau, Power BI, Primavera P6, SAP Project Systems, or related maintenance and project execution tools.

Pay
The estimated base pay for the position is typically between $68,600 and $90,500. The actual base pay may be influenced by factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could fall outside the posted range. In addition to base pay, an incentive program is available to all full-time employees.
