  • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities by developing test cases, facilitating execution, and validating requirements against delivered solutions
  • Track and analyze key metrics and KPIs to evaluate solution performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Participate in retrospective discussions and contribute recommendations to improve team processes and delivery outcomes
  • Participate in prototyping and proof‑of‑concept efforts to validate solution approaches and workflows
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps in requirements, documentation, and delivery practices
  • Support adoption of Agile best practices by reinforcing consistent standards across teams
  • Assist and guide junior analysts by sharing knowledge, providing feedback and supporting skill development

Requirements

  • Strong technical analysis skills with the ability to translate and document business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey and clarify information between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams
  • Proficiency in writing and managing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria using Jira or similar Agile tools
  • Working knowledge of SQL or BI tools to analyze data and support requirements validation and decision-making
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
