Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product management team to elicit business requirements.
• Translate and simplify business requirements into specifications.
• Act as a liaison between product management team and the software development team.
• Perform quality control of the products to ensure business requirements are satisfied.
• Communicate testing progress and results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management.
• Perform data analysis and research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and/or Development preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting ability required.
• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project or equivalent required.
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries is a plus.
• Experience/knowledge of exploratory data analysis techniques.
• Strong data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to "time-box" and balance multiple responsibilities concurrently with efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
