Duties
- Managing the Pipeline Reporting function including approving deals registered by partners subject to specific requirements
- Auditing of deals entered by partners against specific data elements
- Managing on-boarding process for new partners into the partner portal
- Partner query resolution and issues relating to PRM tool usage
- Completing analysis relating to tool metrics and usage
- Ensuring Lead routing methodologies are followed and accurately recorded within the Partner Portal
- S supporting PRM administrator in updates and maintenance of the tool
Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in a quantitative role such as sales operations, finance, business operations, data analytics or business analytics is a plus.
- Experience in customer engagement and query resolution would be an advantage
- High degree of analytical competency.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel are a must. Strong experience with Google Sheets is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem solving and analysing skills.
- Ability to adapt to change positively, thrive in a matrixed work environment, and effectively manage competing demands.
- Fluent English language skills.
