Business Systems Analyst
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and business rules.
- Translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories for Agile development and testing cycles.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ongoing collaboration with cross-functional team members.
- Work closely with stakeholders to support user acceptance testing and ensure alignment with platform capabilities and customer communication strategy.

We are supporting a confidential opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst to join an Agile team focused on delivering customer-centered solutions. Our team is looking for a Business Systems Analyst who can partner with business and technical stakeholders, translate needs into clear user stories, and help drive quality through the development, testing, and release cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience with Agile practices, including user story creation.
- Data mapping experience for adding new tables or fields, or for passing data from one system to another.
- Ability to support stakeholder user acceptance testing.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office.
- Understanding of the development, testing, and release cycle.
