About the role
This role serves as the internal ERP owner and subject-matter expert, partnering cross-functionally to optimize systems, support data transformation initiatives, and bridge the gap between technical platforms and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer the organization's ERP environment, serving as the primary internal point of contact post-implementation.
- Possess and enhance reporting and analytics capabilities through Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support and troubleshoot EDI integrations between internal systems and external partners.
- Participate in future implementations of add-on technologies, including CRM and warehouse management systems.
- Act as the bridge between technical systems and non-technical business users to drive adoption and efficiency.
- Provide occasional light desktop and IT support as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
Requirements
- ERP administration or power-user experience with a platform such as Acumatica, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Great Plains, or a comparable mid-market ERP system.
- EDI integration experience, including troubleshooting cross-system issues.
- Strong Power BI and data analytics experience.
- Experience participating in or supporting an ERP implementation or add-on system implementation.
- Ability to understand business processes and configure ERP systems to support operational workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Acumatica experience, ideally in an implementation or administration capacity.
- Experience in distribution, production, or manufacturing industry environments.
- CRM or warehouse management system implementation experience.
- Strong data strategy and reporting background with the ability to recommend process improvements and best practices.
- Experience at larger organizations with mature, well-documented business processes.
