Business Systems Analyst
About The Role
CodeVertex Innovations LLC is hiring a Business Systems Analyst to support internal systems, user requests, troubleshooting, documentation, and workflow improvements. This role connects operational needs with practical system support.
Responsibilities
- Support internal system requests, issue tracking, documentation, and user coordination.
- Gather issue details, reproduce problems when possible, and route requests correctly.
- Maintain knowledge base content, process maps, and system documentation.
- Support testing, workflow updates, and operational improvements.
- Communicate clearly with users, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and reliability.
- Ability to work remotely with ownership and follow-through.
- Comfortable working in a structured company environment.
- Ability to manage documentation, records, systems, or operational tasks accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to follow established processes.
PREFERRED Qualifications
- Experience supporting remote teams or documentation-heavy workflows.
- Comfort using common workplace tools such as spreadsheets, email, calendars, CRM, ATS, ticketing, or reporting systems depending on role.
- Ability to maintain accuracy across recurring tasks and internal systems.
Work Environment
