Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to deliver effective solutions
• Develop detailed documentation for processes, systems, and workflows
• Affiliate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users
• Identify areas for process improvement and optimization
• Support training and onboarding of users on new systems and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies
• Basic understanding of software development processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy

Pay

$65,000 - $80,000 annually
