About the Role

The Business Support Specialist at JAK Travel Agency improves customer resolution while supporting custom cruises, tours, destination celebrations, groups, reservations, and traveler follow-through. The role focuses on business support specialized execution within group travel operations, ensuring confirmed facts are separated from assumptions and unresolved questions.

Success is measured by keeping customer resolution current, assigning owners to exceptions, and enabling another authorized teammate to continue the work without reconstructing history.

• Apply Follow-Up without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document Queue Management decisions clearly for seamless handoffs.
• Use sound judgment in Cruise and Tour Support, escalating when necessary instead of making assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the workflow by helping the team escalate complex cases with sufficient context.
• Review and handle assigned customer or client requests.
• Maintain workflow by reviewing available case history before responding.
• Track and resolve routine issues within approved authority.
• Own the workflow by documenting commitments and next actions.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$60,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
