Essential Functions

  • Aid the Business Support Services department (manager) in completing required functions such as implementation, customer service, product development, and risk management.
  • Support Business Support Services' sales strategy to enhance market penetration and boost revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to offer banking solutions to customers and prospects.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Business Support Services solutions, pricing, and products to ensure the bank's offerings remain current and competitive.
  • Evaluate and introduce new products as needed.
  • Respond to direct customer inquiries and forward questions from branches, operations, and sales teams.
  • Monitor product vendor communications for enhancements, scheduled maintenance, new features, and functionality.
  • Track customer usage to prevent attrition, maximize fees, and uphold sound risk management practices.
  • Assist the Business Support Manager in generating various management and audit reports on customers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations affecting cash management services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through innovative and creative solutions.

Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree or some college education preferred.
  • Computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and 10-key, are necessary.
  • The ability to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
  • Two or more years of banking experience with cash management products is preferred.
  • A strong background in customer service is essential.
  • Technological competencies to understand, operate, and explain the bank's products and support programs are necessary.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Patience to handle accounting errors or issues is important.
  • High proficiency in MS Office suite is expected.
  • The ability to manage time and maintain attention to detail is crucial.
  • Extended hours of sitting and performing computer tasks may be required.
  • Ability to perform other duties as assigned is necessary.
