Business Support Assistant
About the role
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to social workers within the hospital social work team. This is a temporary position until 31st March 2027.
Responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls and signposting patients, families, and professionals to appropriate services
- Taking accurate messages and records
- Handling general enquiries
- Sending out letters, care plans, and assessments
- Managing emails, filing, archiving, and other general administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Must hold Level Two NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent
- Must have previous experience of working in a busy office environment
Interviews
