Information Technology$75k–$85k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the job summary is first paragraph. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Job Summary: The Business Support Analyst (BSA) IV leverages complex technology... This is a description. Could be "About the role". We'll put that in

About the role

then

with that paragraph. Then "Who We Are": description of RPI. Could be part of About the role? Might be separate but we only have limited headings. Could include in About the role as well. But we need to preserve all substantive info. Could create a separate section like "About the Institute" but not in allowed headings. The allowed headings list is fixed; we should only use those headings. So we need to fit content into those headings. Perhaps "About the role" includes job summary and who we are. Or we could split: "About the role" for job summary, and maybe "Qualifications" for minimum/preferred qualifications, "Skills" for knowledge, skills, abilities, "Responsibilities" for representative job duties, "Benefits" for benefits info, "Pay" for salary range, "Schedule" for shift business hours. We must not create sections with filler. So we need to check each. - About the role: we have job summary and who we are. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: we have "Representative Job Duties" list. That's substantive. - Requirements: could be Minimum Qualifications? Actually Minimum Qualifications are requirements. Also Preferred Qualifications could be under Qualifications? But we have separate headings: Qualifications and Skills. The instructions: Use headings for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content. We have Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities, Preferred Knowledge, Skill, And Abilities. We could put Minimum Qualifications under Requirements, Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications? Or combine. Better: Requirements = Minimum Qualifications. Qualifications = Preferred Qualifications. Skills = Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (both minimum and preferred). But we need to avoid duplication. Let's extract: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a related field - Five (5) or more years of relevant professional work experience - Experience in project management - Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in Higher Education - Significant experience with finance, student and/or human resources information systems - Experience working across and between enterprise and application software - Experience with business intelligence tools Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: - Knowledge of specific application, services or business unit processes - Ability to mentor and guide other team members on projects and unit initiatives. - Ability to develop and provide training to all levels - Ability to work effective under pressure and meet goals and deadlines - Ability to learn quickly, analyze complex issues and provide advanced troubleshooting - Ability to communicate and cooperate effectively with colleagues and users in a diverse environment. - Ability to work both independently and as a team member. Preferred Knowledge, Skill, And Abilities: - Knowledge and understanding of finance, student, and/or human resources processes and procedures - Knowledge and understanding of how information systems work to support defined processes and procedures within higher education functional business units - Ability to interact with both functional end users and technical resources and act as a conduit between the two when necessary - Ability to define, design, and develop basic reports and/or collaborate with BI specialists to solve reporting requests We could combine minimum and preferred knowledge/skills into Skills section. Now Benefits: we have "Total Compensation And Benefits Information" paragraph describing benefits, plus earlier mention: "With top notch employee health and retirement benefits, RPI offers its full-time employees a generous paid time off program, tuition remission, and opportunities for career growth." That's also benefits. So we have substantive benefits. Pay: we have "Starting Salary/Rate Expected hiring range: $75,000 - $85,000" plus pay transparency disclosure. That's substantive. Schedule: we have "Shift Business Hours: Monday - Friday". That's substantive. Now we need to output HTML fragment with headings and content. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Remove those. We must preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact sentences? Probably we can keep them as is, but we can format into

and

  • . Must not lose info. We need to ensure we include all details from each section. Let's craft:

    About the role

But note: The benefits sentence about health etc is also benefits; we might duplicate. But we need to preserve all info; duplication is okay?
