Salary range: $54,050 – $58,999 per year. Final offer will reflect the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.

Purpose of Position

This position serves as part of the user-support team serving UTA’s Colleges and Schools, contributing to CRM (Slate) success across the UTA campus. The role performs complex coordination, administrative, and detailed work in the CRM and related technologies, including planning, configuration, development, technical support, and testing. It provides consistent and ongoing functional business process support for recruitment and enrollment initiatives. The position requires exceptional communication skills regarding technical subjects, a high level of judgment and autonomy, and knowledge of college enrollment policies and procedures. As an integral member of the enrollment management team, this role directly contributes to the achievement of enrollment goals and fosters a positive working environment aligned with UTA’s Principles of Community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and document business processes for users within UTA’s colleges and schools related to CRM functionality.
  • Provide development and ongoing support for CRM users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and outline business needs, process maps, and requirements to reach enrollment goals.
  • Complete projects successfully and on time.
  • Set up CRM functions and ensure programs/solutions conform to division and university standards to maintain compliance and reach enrollment goals.
  • Create reports and dashboards for planning and review of overall status and success measures.
  • Maintain a catalog of standard reports and create one-off reports as needed.
  • Assist with problem resolution, identify causes, evaluate alternative solutions, and follow up to ensure problems are corrected.
  • Provide alternative solutions to technical and business problems.
  • Serve as a user resource with external support teams.
  • Troubleshoot and solve CRM-related issues as needed.
  • Provide feedback related to system design, development, and modification of CRM applications or integrations.
  • Use analytics and user feedback to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design decisions.
  • Perform work in ways that contribute to the University’s successful achievement of enrollment goals, including other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field with two (2) years of experience in a customer-facing support position, conducting user training, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of CRM technologies, including setup, operation, analysis, and support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Higher education experience working with CRM, preferably Slate.
  • Previous experience collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders and supporting CRM functionality.

Skills

  • Ability to coordinate and work effectively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical and non-technical information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Considerable knowledge of computing/communication networks and CRM technologies, preferably in higher education.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate courses of action and actively participate in planning.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships and work independently with initiative and drive.
  • Contribute to the achievement of enrollment goals.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. A hybrid schedule (remote and in-office) may be offered after the probationary period. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required. Up to 10% travel.
